WEDNESDAY 30TH JULY 2008 - VENUE - BARNARD CASTLE.
Carefully timed to help your recovery from Lindum, in this workshop James Shaw will address issues of particular concern to endurance riders. Specific problems such as maintaining balance when you are tired, balancing when going downhill or preserving energy when doing downward transitions are some of the usual concerns addressed. It's also a chance for you to look at specific aches and pains in your own body and to learn stretches you can do daily and before, during and after competitions to improve your flexibility and reduce pain.

SUNDAY 3RD AUGUST - Our blue ribbon event is the Hexhamshire Trophy ride. The route is surrounded by designated areas of outstanding natural beauty. It includes classes from E.R. to pleasure. ACCEPTING LATE ENTRIES IN ALL CLASSES.
SATURDAY 20TH SEPTEMBER - We are running the Longhorsley ride once again this year and the venue is the very popular Todburn Equestrian Centre west of the village of Longhorsley with good facilities, including toilets and on site catering. The ride is across bridleways and other permissive routes through farm land and across open grassland with spectacular views to the Cheviots to the north.
